Buy Beautiful things

Recently it’s been wedding season in my family. My husband’s two brothers and three cousins all decided to get married at once. We’ve had 5 family weddings in the space of a year. Having the same crowd at each of the weddings obviously prescribes several different outfits. This can turn out to be an expensive business. At this point let me clarify that I’m a full- time mama, with no regular income. And my lovely bacon-bringing hubby is the proud owner of a new, all be it very successful, but still new business. Therefore I was not really in a position to spend huge amounts of money. So, I prayed and then I started looking for economical options. This, translated, means sales and second hand items. I so enjoyed the wonderful pieces I found: gorgeous dresses, vintage earrings and chic hats, shoes and bags. There’s something about buying beautiful things that makes me feel beautiful myself. And the best thing was not spending a fortune doing so!

Have a look at some of my finds:
